Starting now, you can talk trade with any of your fellow owners. Trades may involve players and/or draft picks from any of the four rounds in the upcoming free agent period. If you make a trade involving a draft pick, please notify the league office when you send over the proposal.

The next available free agent period will be on August 21, 2003. At that time, owners will have the opportunity to add one player from the list of NFL Rookies and remaining free agents. Adding a player requires one drop from your current roster. Here's the order for the upcoming rounds...
