2004 Off-Season
Starting on May 15,
2004, Graham League owners can begin bidding for rookies and
remaining free agents. New players may be purchased with
remaining funds from the initial roster stocking auction or
by releasing players and recouping their salary cap value.
Owners may bid on as
many players as they wish during all auction periods,
provided they have available roster and salary cap space. Adding a player
with an 18-man roster requires a drop from your
current roster as rosters must be maintained at 18 players
or less at all times. At the start of the rookie/free agent
auction periods, owners may make an opening bid on a maximum
of two (2) players. New opening bids cannot be placed until
said owner wins a player in the auction by having the high
bid for a period of 24 hours.

May 15th, June 15th, July 15th and August 28th.
